You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute to the store\'s success. What You Will Do On a Daily Basis
- Interact face-to-face with customers to process Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
- Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems.
- Assist customers courteously with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other locations.
- Identify problems, resolve issues, or escalate as needed.
- Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies.
- Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
- Maintain daily transaction records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues or superiors.
What We Look for in You
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Some computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A valid work permit is required.
