You will be joining a friendly team where you will contribute to the store\’s success. Great communication skills are essential when dealing with our diverse customer base, demonstrating friendliness, a positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and confidence in handling customers’ money in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do On a Daily Basis

Interact face-to-face with customers to process Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, and foreign currency transactions.
Verify or enter customer information accurately into our systems.
Assist customers courteously with inquiries about services, cancellations, or other locations.
Identify problems, resolve issues, or escalate as needed.
Stay updated on Ria’s products, services, and policies.
Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
Maintain daily transaction records.
Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues or superiors.

What We Look for in You

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
Some computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
A valid work permit is required.
A positive attitude and effective communication skills to work alongside your team and provide outstanding customer service.
