We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Account Manager to join our London team, covering East / South east London. This isn’t just about sales! It’s about building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping businesses grow. You’ll be the face of Ria in your territory, working closely with local partners to bring our services to life.
What will you be doing?
- Growing and nurturing a network of agents who share our commitment to service excellence.
- Spending most of your time out in the field meeting people, understanding their needs, and showing them how Ria can make a difference.
- Managing the full onboarding process, from first conversation to training and support.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, helping agents maximise their potential and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Staying curious and keeping up with industry trends and competitor insights to keep us ahead of the game.
What are we looking for?
- A confident communicator who loves meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
- Someone with experience in field sales or business development (bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services or money transfer).
