We are a leading home‑care provider with a growing presence across Redbridge, Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Waltham Forest, Hackney. We operate 24‑7 services and pride ourselves on the high level of respect and trust granted by our clients.

About the Role:

You will provide personal, practical, social and emotional support to people in their own homes, maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. The role is suited to those who wish to start or continue a caring career within a supportive local business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Personal qualities: caring, trustworthy, compassionate, reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to improving others' lives.
  • Flexibility: ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as client needs change.
  • Transport: a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: desirable but not essential; strong genuine care for people is essential.

Key Duties:

  • Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, continence management, and dressing.
  • Help with toileting, including cleaning commodes, emptying and changing catheter bags, and using continence aids.
  • Support daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, collecting pensions, paying bills, and laundry.
  • Provide social support: listen, talk, and aid contact with family and friends.
