The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A well-established AJ100 multidisciplinary practice based in central London, renowned for its design quality and innovation, is expanding its Urban Design team. The studio is engaged in a range of high-profile UK regeneration and masterplanning schemes, offering the opportunity to work on transformative urban design projects.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in urban design.
- Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design (essential).
- Background in architecture (advantageous).
- Experience delivering projects within a UK context (advantageous).
- Proven ability to manage and mentor project teams.
- Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design (essential).
Required Skills:
- Exceptional design, graphic, and communication skills.
- Strong teamworking and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and/or Rhino, CAD, and confident hand drawing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience on UK masterplans/ residentially led schemes
