One of London's leading 'go to' Interior Architecture firms are looking for a technically strong Interior Designer to join their corporate workplace team. This is a great firm with a fully collaborative environment in central London offering 2 days hybrid working per week.

You will get the chance to work with some of the worlds most innovative designers and be working on THE BEST projects within the business across finance, tech, media, legal and other fields.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the technical team expertise including technical detailing, Technical Specification writing knowledge and/or NBS production, regulatory compliance, tender, and construction packages.
  • Contribute to technical design reviews.
  • Demonstrate a senior level of experience and technical knowledge within the fit-out market
  • Lead the creation of design drawings and documents
  • Contribute to the development of technical expertise including technical detailing, NBS production, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure designs are compliant with Building regulations including BCAR and planning regulations
  • Research and specify products, materials, and specifications for bespoke furniture and manage integration with IT and electrical requirements
  • Assist Designers and Architects in reviewing construction work on site

Qualifications

  • Must be a qualified Interior Designer OR Architect with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong Revit experience
  • Proven experience with commercial workplace projects stage 4 onwards.
