A well-established architecture practice in the heart of London is seeking a Technical Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team. The studio is widely recognised for its carbon net-zero residential projects across the UK and offers a collaborative environment with strong sustainability values.
Based in a central London office with views over the Thames, you will join the team working on an exciting 51-unit residential scheme, taking the project forward from RIBA Stage 4 through to delivery. You will play a primary role for the project in the technical delivery and day-to-day running, working closely with and supported by an Associate within the team.
Key Requirements- Strong Revit proficiency
- Solid experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Proven UK residential / housing sector experience
- Full right to work in the UK
- Hybrid working (2 days from home)
