An award-winning AJ100, design-centric architecture studio in East London is expanding its digital design team with the addition of a skilled BIM Coordinator. This practice is recognised for its thoughtful, sustainable architecture and offers a supportive, collaborative culture with genuine opportunities to shape and improve BIM delivery across the studio.
The Role
You will lead the day-to-day enablement of BIM delivery across the practice stewarding content and templates, coordinating Revit models, supporting project teams, and ensuring the highest standards of information quality. You’ll be pivotal in driving BIM best practice, developing standards, and enhancing digital workflows that empower teams to design efficiently and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and support in BIM software, workflows, and processes
- Develop, maintain, and audit Revit standards, templates, families, and documentation
- Perform BIM coordination across multiple live projects, liaising with client BIM leads and external consultants
- Manage project setup, production, and content across ACC/BIM 360
- Undertake clash detection, audits, QC reporting, and model-health reviews
- Create and maintain Revit assets including templates, annotations, and model elements
- Lead migration to the Autodesk Content Catalogue and maintain naming/parameter standards
- Provide ongoing staff training, inductions, and skills assessments
- Ensure compliance with studio quality, H&S, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with Digital Technology regarding tooling, ACC projects, plugins, and licensing
About You
- Strong experience in BIM/Revit coordination on live architectural projects
- Skilled in Revit family creation, template development, and content management
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and CDE workflows (ACC/BEP-lite)
- Understanding of architectural design stages and technical processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident supporting teams across multiple projects
- Experience in CAD/BIM coordination roles
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
