Job Description

An award winning EOT practice in South London are seeking a talented Senior Urban Designer to join a leading, award-winning architecture and design AJ100 practice working on some exciting residential regeneration schemes in the UK.

With a diverse project pipeline of projects ranging in size from small scale town centre schemes to city regeneration this is a great opportunity for those looking to broaden their expertise and take on high-profile, forward-thinking projects.

Experienced required:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in architecture and urban design projects ideally within an architectural studio
  • Confident operating in client-facing settings and engaging with stakeholders and the public
  • Skilled in coordinating internal teams and consultants, managing information across multiple projects
  • Experienced across all project scales, from strategic masterplanning to individual plot layouts
  • Capable of contributing to every stage of a project, including management, CAD drafting, 3D modelling, sketching, and producing written reports or presentations
  • Strong freehand sketching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experienced in producing both outline and detailed planning applications
  • Skilled in the preparation of design codes
  • Proficient in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite
