Rhythm Careers is working with a small but seriously talented interior design studio that’s built a name for creating thoughtful, beautifully detailed spaces around the world. Their client list is impressive — luxury hotels in Prague and Dublin, standout restaurants in London and Dubai, and private homes that are anything but ordinary.
What sets this studio apart is their dedication to craft. They don’t just design rooms — they design every detail, from bespoke furniture and one-off lighting pieces to custom-dyed fabrics and finishes. The result? Every project feels completely unique.
They’re now looking for a Senior Designer to join the team and help lead some of their upcoming work. It’s a great chance to step into a senior role where you’ll have a real say in the creative direction, and the space to make work you’re genuinely proud of.
You’ll be taking the lead on multiple projects — from early concept work through to delivery — managing timelines, collaborating with clients and consultants, and keeping things running smoothly along the way. It’s a hands-on role, so you’ll be deep in the creative too, not just managing from the sidelines. You’ll also be helping mentor junior team members and supporting a collaborative studio culture.
You’ll need experience running interior design projects (F&B) across all stages, and a good understanding of building regs, materials and technical detailing. You should be confident working directly with clients and be happy managing a few deadlines at once. Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who’s down to earth, organised, and enjoys being part of a small, ambitious team.
