Senior Interior Designer

Rhythm Careers is working with a respected design studio known for its thoughtful and considered work. They’re looking for a Senior Designer / Project Lead — someone confident, organised, and ready to take the lead on projects from concept through to delivery. If you enjoy balancing creativity with responsibility, and you’re keen to work in a collaborative, detail-driven environment, this could be a great fit.

What they’re looking for:

• 6+ years’ experience in interior design (hospitality).
• Someone who can lead a small team and manage projects with care and confidence.
• A clear communicator who’s comfortable working directly with clients and consultants.
• Strong concept and presentation skills — hand sketching, digital visuals, and layout.
• Solid technical knowledge with experience producing detailed drawing packs in AutoCAD.
• Confident across SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Develop and present design concepts.
• Guide your team through the design and technical stages.
• Attend site meetings, workshops and reviews to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and contractors.
• Build material palettes and develop FF&E through to specification.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines.
