This practice are now looking for a Senior Architect with strong Stage 5 experience who can take a lead site-facing role on a complex project.

The role would require day-to-day coordination with the contractor, management of RFIs/site queries, review of contractor and specialist information, technical coordination of packages, attendance at site/design team meetings, maintenance of the architectural decision log, and clear reporting back to the client/design team.

You'll have adept experience of working on high budget, complex projects across delivery phases and great confidence in contract administration.
