Are you a Project Architect or Architect looking for a well established, employee owned and AJ100 firm? A firm in central London operating an optional 2 day hybrid working policy is looking to expand the low rise residential team. This firms has an extensive loyal custom; offering projects across heritage, residential, offices and cultural. With a strong reputation for both quality design and delivery you can be sure this firms projects will not be missed by award panels.
As a Project Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of low-rise residential schemes including new-build housing, small apartment blocks and community-led developments. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, from concept through to completion, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability and buildability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and coordination of low-rise residential projects through all RIBA stages
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and design teams to manage design quality and programme
- Prepare and coordinate planning and working drawings packages
- Oversee technical delivery and site stages with contractors
- Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members
- Maintain awareness of current UK Building Regulations and sustainability standards
About You
- ARB registered Architect with 2–6 years post-Part III experience
- Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UK (preferably low-rise or small-scale housing)
- Confident using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with SketchUp or Enscape a plus)
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Must have rights to work in the UK- This firm cannot sponsor at this time!
