Joining a small leadership team heading the EOT business, you will be a confident communicator with strong experience in business development and a passion for winning work. With our client having established a strong profile within the UK based residential sector, experience aligned with the practice's core specialism is preferred, but they are also highly interested in speaking with practice leaders with sector experience that complements the existing portfolio.
Taking on a broad role, you will use your network to generate business to cover the costs of you and your studio, whilst also enabling additional growth and profitability within the business. You will work closely with the leadership team, collaborating in day to day practice management, strategy and project leadership, but rather than being project leading focused, business growth is the key priority of this role.
The rewards for this position are great. The practice has 25 years of pedigree and a positive reputation in the market, a well established client base and all the infrastructure in place to grow. You will have genuine incentive for your level of business development with a lucrative bonus scheme which will recognise the impact you make on the bottom line.
