One of London's most established interior design practices, with a global pipeline of projects, is seeking an Associate Workplace Strategist to join its rapidly expanding Workplace Strategy team. This is a senior appointment within a large, internationally recognised Interior Architecture firm based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support workplace strategy initiatives, including space planning, utilisation studies, and employee experience optimisation.
- Research and analyse workplace trends, employee behaviours, and industry best practice.
- Collect, interpret, and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, occupancy studies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop workplace policies, guidelines, and strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with real estate, design, HR, and technology teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions.
- Prepare clear, compelling reports, presentations, and visual outputs to communicate insights and strategies.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders to understand organisational needs and deliver tailored workplace strategies.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in hybrid working, office design, and future workplace models.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years' experience in workplace strategy, corporate design, or a related field.
- Experience using space planning tools such as AutoCAD or Revit, and/or workplace analytics platforms.
- Understanding of change management principles and employee engagement methodologies.
- Familiarity with corporate real estate portfolio management and workplace policy development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
