Rhythm Careers is on the hunt for a Mid-weight Interior Designer to join the in-house studio of one of Europe’s most exciting hospitality brands – a team that’s reimagining how restaurants look, feel, and function. With over 28 vibrant venues opened across seven countries (and many more on the way), this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving, design-led company with a genuinely collaborative, creative spirit.
You will be involved in projects from initial concept through to final styling – sketching ideas, producing detailed drawing packs, helping shape the creative vision, and regularly visiting sites to see it all come to life.
The studio is looking for someone who’s technically confident – strong with drawings, detailing, and materials – but who’s also keen to learn, grow, and develop alongside a talented and supportive team.
You will need around 3 years of experience in hospitality or residential design, plus solid software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite). Most importantly, you will be someone who brings energy, initiative, and bold ideas to the table.
If you are interested in discussing the role in more detail or wish to apply, please send your CV and portfolio through to beth@rhythmcareers.com.
