Rhythm Careers are currently recruiting a Principal Designer (BR and CDM) for a leading housing architect in London. The practice offers design and delivery services of large scale residential and mixed-use developments and their projects include new build, retrofit and adaptive reuse of higher risk and non-higher risk buildings.

The Principal Designer role centres on planning, managing, coordinating and monitoring Building Regulations compliance and could suit a wide range of candidates including experienced technical architects or architectural technologists, candidates with a design management background and/or candidates with experience delivering Principal Designer services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
