A leading AJ100 firm in a brilliant central London location are looking for a Senior Architect to join their large award winning practice working on a residential tower in London. This is a key role as the day to day lead in early feasibility stages of various UK housing and mixed use projects. You will be expected to be leading teams, managing the design process and managing the client communication. Strong design experience across stages 1-3 on UK housing projects will be essential for successes in this position.
Main experience required:
- 5 to 10 years experience
- Design led skills
- Some residential experience
- Experience of producing a DAS
- Very good Revit knowledge
- Good Rhino & graphic skills
- Stage 1-3 experience
