Associate Director – Head of Workplace ID & Architecture Recruitment
A leading AJ100 firm with over 100 Architects and Designers is growing their BIM team with a BIM Manager. The firm is known for their high-profile and large scale commercial projects across London and Europe throughout all RIBA stages.
You will be joining a highly established BIM Team with BIM Coordinators reporting into you and be assigned project teams.
Must haves:
- A solid understanding of British standards relative to the UK BIM Framework (ISO 19650, ISO 22014:2024) with experience in implementing and managing these standards and their relevant required deliverables on projects.
- Experience working in Architecture, with detailed knowledge of project processes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Expert knowledge of and practical background in Autodesk Revit and other related Building Information Modelling software, including ACC collaboration, clash detection process, issues management.
- Expert knowledge of ACC project setup, processes & workflows collaborating with multiple consultants, Risk Assessment and Management.
- Solid knowledge of Navisworks Clash Detection Workflows.
- Experience working with BIM Interoperability Tools for Revit including application of Uniclass 2015 classification codes, Project COBie Set Up & Management.
- Familiarity with NBS Specification application NBS Chorus.
