Rhythm Careers are seeking to recruit an Associate Director of strong technical grounding to play a key role in delivering some of the most ambitious residential sector projects across London. As specialists in their field, this practice work alongside world class architects to interpret, detail and construct schemes of complexity and intrigue.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of residential projects through all technical stages.
• Interpret, detail and construct schemes of complexity in collaboration with world class architects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery that meets scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead and develop project teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Associate Architect or Associate Director through the technical stages of residential projects.
• Strong technical grounding with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organisational, management and team-leading skills.
