A unique opportunity has arisen with one of London’s leading interior design firms that you do not want to miss! A leadership position to work as a second in command to the present Director. The firm boasts a highly impressive pipeline of ongoing relationships, particularly within the commercial workplace sector, a brilliant flexible working culture and a central location.

This position requires someone with a strong background of 10–15 years within the traditional interiors industry and a good knowledge of workplace design. You will be in a client‑facing role, leading a team through all stages of a project from RIBA 1‑6. A strong interest or experience within sustainability‑driven projects will be looked upon favourably.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience
• Management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of workplace design
• Passion for sustainability
• Ability to mentor and lead 10–14 people at one time working with a multidisciplinary team
