Key Responsibilities:
– Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software
– Ensure construction details comply with building regulations, planning guidelines, and industry standards (BS 19650)
– Manage Building Information Models (BIM)
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
– Attend site visits/ oversee quality control
