A fun studio, best described as up-and-coming with a fabulous culture of diversity and lack of ego in their positive commitment to growth, are looking to expand their close knit team of 25 with a Part ll or newly qualified Architect with experience on large scale residential developments.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment and brings a strong background in large-scale residential developments across design phases 0-3.

Must haves:

-Experience with Pre App and Planning application Process.

-Good design and graphic ability.

-Familiarity with UK building regulations, London Plan and SPGs

-Sketchup & Revit
