One of central London\’s most successful top ranking AJ100 firms has an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studio working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London. This firm are without a date one of the best employer in London, known for their fantastic staff retention, variety of projects and flexibility.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Required to work closely within a close-knit project team & expected to positively contribute and communicate
  • Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
  • Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
  • Technical package drawing delivery
  • Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
  • Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
  • Minute taking & site reports
  • Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
  • Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
  • Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries

Qualifications, skills & experience:

  • Part ll or qualified
  • Solid post qualification industry experience (Graduates with strong portfolios considered)
  • Experience of working on large scale residential projects desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of all stages of a project with particular focus on RIBA Stage 3-5
  • Experience of managing a complex Revit model and coordinating with other consultants
  • Fully proficient in Revit, AutoCad and Microsoft Office
  • Experience of NBS Software, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp desirable
