A studio best described as forthcoming, up-and-coming with a fabulously fun culture is looking to expand their close knit team of 25 with a Part 2 or Newly qualified Architect with experience on mid-large scale residential developments. This brilliant opportunity in central London would appeal to someone who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment and brings a strong background in mid-large scale residential developments across all of the RIBA plan of work with a strong focus on stages 0-3. The firm works across a range of project typologies including offices and rich heritage projects.
Must haves:
- Experience with Pre App and Planning application Process.
- Good design and graphic ability.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations, London Plan and SPGs.
- Sketchup & Revit.
