You will be responsible for oversight of 6 Area Managers, who in turn are responsible for 40+ sites across a Southeast and South-coast region, supporting and coaching area managers to achieve success in the delivery of on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor the 6 Multi-site Area Managers to drive profitability, and exceptional customer service across their sites, ensuring alignment with the brand’s standards and values.

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Hospitality)

  • 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR or other large scale branded hospitality operations.

  • Proven track in operational improvements and achievement of business goals.

  • Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable.
