We seek an Assistant Manager or Supervisor for a stunning independent Food-led Pub with Rooms in West Sussex, on the South Downs, approximately a 30-minute drive from Worthing and 20 minutes to Midhurst. An established Pub and Restaurant with an excellent reputation for delivering a fine modern British dining experience, alongside luxury boutique-style hotel rooms.
The Job
To support the GM and Assistant General Manager in overseeing all aspects of Pub, Restaurant and Guest Rooms operations, to ensure maximum profitability and consistently excellent guest experience.
The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Pub Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Pub Manager, or Restaurant Manager, able to demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity in high-quality food-led pubs and restaurants. You will be able to help build strong local relationships with both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of running FOH restaurant and/or pub services.
The Package
Package to £39,000, with a basic salary between £32k and £34k, depending on experience, plus tronk of around £5,000 per annum.
