Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency in London is recruiting a Regional Manager for a leading international QSR Fast Food Restaurant brand. You will be responsible for oversight of 6 Area Managers, who in turn are responsible for 40+ sites across a Southeast and South-coast region, supporting and coaching area managers to achieve success in the delivery of on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor the 6 Multi-site Area Managers to drive profitability, and exceptional customer service across their sites, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and values.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Hospitality)
- 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR or other large scale branded hospitality operations.
- Proven track in operational improvements and achievement of business goals.
- Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, team development.
- Customer service passion and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communicator, results-driven, high emotional intelligence.
- Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule including weekends.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence essential
- Ideally you will be located broadly speaking around Surrey or Woking or an area that enables easy 360-degree access to any store within around 2 hours' driving time.
