Job Description
QSR Multi-Site General Manager – Health-Focused Juice & Smoothie Bars (Central London) – to £50k
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + 10% Bonus (after 6 months)
- Hours: 48 per week (6 am–7 pm, weekends essential, no evenings)
- Location: Chelsea & Notting Hill, London
- Start Date: ASAP
A vibrant, independent healthy eating brand, with two high-performing sites in central London is seeking a hands-on, energetic Multi-Site General Manager to oversee day–to–day operations across both sites. Both a hands–on and strategically important role, working closely with the Founder/Director. The business is driven by a wholehearted mission to provide fresh food & drink that makes a positive, long-lasting impact on customer health & wellness. The range of products includes cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaà bowls, salads, hot foods, salad and noodle bowls & a range of desserts/snacks.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing business with a loyal customer base and a strong delivery/takeaway split.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire two teams of 10+ across both sites, supported by Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
- Recruit, train, and develop FOH staff to deliver exceptional service and product quality.
- Be present working on the floor during peak hours — weekends are the busiest.
- Maintain KPIs across sales, labour, wastage, and mystery shopper scores.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure top-tier standards in food safety, hygiene, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage supplier relationships, stock levels, and merchandising displays.
- Handle B2B enquiries, catering orders, and delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo).
- Collaborate with the founder and production kitchen to maintain product consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience managing similar fast paced food & beverage operations (ideally QSR, but not essential), perhaps as General Manager or an Operational Manager.
- Background in restaurants or kitchens — you know how service flows and what good looks like.
- Confident, approachable leadership style with a strong floor presence.
- Process-driven, organised, and financially literate.
- Not from a heavily branded environment — autonomy and initiative are key.
- Open to feedback, collaborative with a young team, and ready to grow with the business.
- Must be willing to complete a 3-hour trial shift and SWOT analysis as part of the recruitment process.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year (negotiable and depending on experience).
- Bonus: 10% of base salary after successful completion of 6-month probation.
- Hours: 48 hours per week (no evenings; weekends required).
- Schedule: Operating hours 6 am–7 pm.
- Perks:
- Work with a purpose-led brand focused on health and wellness.
- Be part of a young, dynamic team in two of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
- Opportunity to shape operations and grow with the business.
- Staff discounts on all products.
- Direct mentorship from the founder.
