Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for a premium fast-casual health food brand in Central London. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing QSR concept focused on fresh-prep, oven-led menus and scalable kitchen systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations and manage a Central Production Unit (CPU)
- Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
- Write SOPs, allergen controls, and HACCP documentation
- Manage Rational iCombi Pro programming and team training
- Set stock levels, ordering systems, and minimise waste
- Support menu development, including breakfast items
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens
- Skilled in cook–chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
- Strong systems thinker with SOPs, KPIs, and training experience
- Able to scale operations across multiple sites
