About: Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency in Bristol is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a fabulous food-led pub near Langport in Somerset. The Pub has a modern British restaurant and menus are fresh, locally sourced (organic where possible) using modern British ingredients. Offering wonderful non-complicated, flavourful home-cooked food, prepared and presented to the highest standard. Everything is made on-site from scratch from bread and up.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi-Chef, with experience working in high-quality fresh food kitchens. A love and passion for working with great food. This is an opportunity to work within a strong kitchen team and with great food, to learn and progress.
Salary & Benefits
- Package £41,400+ (Basic salary £30,000 and £33,000 (depending on your experience) plus a service charge of c£8,400 per year + cash tips)
- Private live-in accommodation is available (Cost is £125 per month inc. bills).
- Pension & 2 days off each week together
Pub is located in a beautiful countryside location, so you will need your own transport to get around on days off.
