This independent venue is known for its relaxed atmosphere and outstanding selection of natural wines by the glass or bottle, as well as bottles available to take home. It has an excellent reputation as a local Soho favourite. The food offering is intentionally small & simple, focusing on cold charcuterie-style plates, cheeses, olives, etc., allowing the team to concentrate on delivering great service and an enjoyable guest experience. The front-of-house team is friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about wine, providing warm, knowledgeable service in a casual, friendly neighbourhood setting. The Role – Waiter / Waitress / Bar Staff In this front-of-house role, you will: * Deliver friendly, attentive table and bar service * Serve natural wines by the glass, bottle and for takeaway * Talk guests through the wine list and make recommendations * Create a welcoming experience for regulars and new guests * Work closely with a supportive and wine-focused team The Ideal Candidate This role would suit a Waiter, Waitress or Bar Person who: * Has experience in hospitality (wine bar, bar, café or restaurant) * Is confident, personable and guest-focused * Has an interest in wine or a curiosity to learn about it * Takes pride in delivering high-quality service Previous wine knowledge or WSET training is an advantage, but not essential. Full training is provided, and attitude and customer service skills are the priority.
