This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious independent business where warm hospitality, genuine guest engagement and attention to detail are valued just as highly as technical restaurant experience. The Role Working alongside the ownership team, you will lead restaurant service, oversee service standards and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is confident running service with a small front-of-house team and comfortable taking ownership of the restaurant floor. The Candidate You may currently be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager within a quality hotel, restaurant or hospitality business. You will have: * Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience * Strong customer service and leadership skills * A warm, personable and approachable style * Confidence leading service and building guest relationships * A genuine passion for hospitality Flexibility This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, with options to work your hours over 4 or 5 days per week.
