We seek one experienced Dim Sum Chef and a General Private Chef specializing in High-end Chinese cuisine. Both Private Chef jobs involve delivering an exceptional dining experience for family members and their guests across various exclusive settings, including London and other international destinations, and onboard a 100m+ Super yacht, currently moored in France. Key Responsibilities * Create and prepare bespoke daily menus tailored to the family’s dietary preferences, focusing on balance, nutrition, and taste. * Showcase expertise in a range of Chinese culinary styles (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Dim Sum), ensuring a diverse and high-quality menu, plus extensive experience in a range of other international cuisines. * Cater to special occasions, festive events, and private gatherings as needed. * Source fresh, premium ingredients and maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. Requirements * Extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, with preference given to candidates with Private Chef or Luxury Yacht experience. * Good understanding of formal Chinese culture and business etiquette. * Skilled in advanced cooking techniques, capable of meeting the expectations of luxury dining. * Ideally you will already hold valid visa permission permitting unrestricted travel between the UK and France.
