Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Chef Manager / Kitchen Manager for a premium fast-casual healthy food brand QSR, located in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Manager Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR concept, with a focus on fresh-prep, healthy oven-led menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
- Oversee batch prep, cook–chill, vacuum-pack workflows
- Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
- Support menu development
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens is ideal
- Skilled in cook–chill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
- Strong administration skills, able to set up and control systems
