Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor for a QSR Quick Service Fast Food Restaurant in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR fast food business serving fresh, healthy fast food. Weekdays, daytimes only! No weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shifts and production
  • Oversee batch prep, cookchill, vacuum-pack workflows
  • Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
  • Help with ordering, and minimising waste

Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have experience as Kitchen Supervisor, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant with brands like Farmer J, the Salad Project, Atis, Tossed, Simple Health Kitchen, Honest Greens, Planet Organic, Kaleido Rolls, Honi Poke, Farm Girl, Mama Li, Kung Fu Mama, The Great Thai Grab & Go, Wok to Walk, Shuk, Master Wei XiAn, Mildreds, Temple of Seitan, Pret A Manger, Leon, Itsu, Pod, Five Guys, Nandos, Popeyes, Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Dominos Pizza, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut (Delivery), Chopstix, Dixy Chicken, Wagamama, Yo! Sushi, Harry Ramsdens, Little Chef.
  • Experience in QSR, FAST FOOD kitchens is ideal
  • Experience with cookchill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens ideal but not essential
  • Must be able to consistently and accurately follow recipe cards and kitchen systems
