Head Chef required for a traditional fresh food pub in North Bristol. The pub has a 35-cover dining room plus 25 covers in overflow dining areas. All dishes are homemade using fresh ingredients. Simple fresh pub food for a small established residential pub.
Straight shifts, small team, generally 11.30 am to 9.30 pm, with generous afternoon break, Monday and Tuesday off.
Who we need: We are looking for a competent, reliable and calm Head Chef, who can demonstrate a stable career history working with fresh food. An ideal candidate for either an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking for his/her first head chef role.
