General Manager required for a modern 3/4-star hotel in North West London. We seek a dynamic and driven Hotel Manager to oversee all day-to-day aspects of this 120-bedroom property, used by London’s busy tourist and business guests. This is a room-only site, with no wedding or event operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and support to all HODs.
  • Reporting to a Group Head Office.
  • Management reporting.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all Hotel operations.
  • Ensure a consistent first-class service and ensure that company standards are adhered to.
  • Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.

Experience required
