We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our brilliant kitchen team of 20 talented chefs. Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience as a Sous Chef in a quality, fresh food operation, be it a luxury hotel, quality restaurant, contract caterer or event operation.
