About the Role
Join the team behind some of London's most prestigious events and become part of our Production Kitchen based in South West London.
We are looking for an experienced Production Chef to help deliver exceptional food for high B&I sites, working as part of a talented culinary team that supports operations across London.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and production of food for a wide range of premium events and hospitality experiences.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver efficient and accurate production schedules.
- Assist with stock management, food rotation, and maintaining organised storage areas.
- Follow recipes, specifications, and production plans to ensure consistency across all menus.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a production kitchen, events catering operation, or high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong team‑working skills.
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Benefits
