We are now looking for a Procurement Assistant to support our Director of Procurement and drive cost optimization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise, up-to-date nutritional and procurement data.
- Monitor compliance with procurement policies and standards.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality.
- Support the team with administrative and reporting tasks.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in F&B cost control or a related field, strong communication and financial acumen, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adaco software.
