We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our wonderful pastry team on a part-time basis. Working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you will be preparing our sweet offer here at 22 Bishopsgate, from the pastry available at Blend Café to delicious desserts in our Restaurant and Events. As a Pastry Chef, you will be preparing fresh, healthy, and vibrant desserts with an innovative edge, focusing on sustainability, like our mouth-melting banana bread, made from overripe bananas to fight waste!

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. If you have worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we would love to hear from you too.

You should have great presence, personality, communication skills, and above all, a love of food and drink. You will have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.
