We are now looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering the outstanding food experience Cleaver & Wake is known for.
Responsibilities
- Running your section to an exceptional standard, ensuring consistency, precision and attention to detail in every dish.
- Supporting the Senior Chefs with menu execution, prep and service across lunch, dinner and events.
- Maintaining high levels of organisation, cleanliness and food safety at all times.
- Contributing ideas, creativity and passion to a kitchen that values innovation and seasonality.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a smooth, efficient and memorable service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a premium, fine dining or high quality restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for exceptional food, ingredients and technique.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high standards kitchen.
- A positive, team focused attitude and a desire to grow and develop your craft.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
