About the Venue: At the top of the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Sky Garden's Bars open bright and early; throughout the day, our guests soak up the views with drinks and light snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air. Role Purpose: We're looking for an Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at London's iconic Sky Garden, overseeing operations across our vibrant bar venues, Sky Pod and City Garden. Welcoming thousands of guests each week, Sky Garden offers a unique hospitality experience, serving everyone from breakfast guests and business professionals to tourists, families and evening diners. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader to take ownership of a high-profile operation within one of London's most recognisable venues. As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead and inspire a large front of house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll be responsible for service standards, team development and the successful delivery of our bar outlets. What You'll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing front of house teams across multiple bar operations Driving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining outstanding service standards Managing the day-to-day operation within a busy, high-volume venue Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager Strong experience within high-volume restaurants, bars or premium hospitality venues Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop teams A hands-on management style with a passion for delivering exceptional service Good to Know Alongside a salary of up to 45,000 per annum, you'll benefit from excellent training and career development opportunities across our expanding hospitality group.
