Sky Garden is one of London's most iconic dining destinations and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who matches that ambition. You will be the heartbeat of our floor operation: commanding presence, impeccable standards, and the kind of energy that elevates every guest's visit from a meal into a memory.
Reporting directly to the AGM and General Manager, you will take ownership of the full guest journey from the first impression at the door to the final farewell. You will lead, inspire and develop a talented team of floor staff and hosts, holding yourself and those around you to the very highest standards of presentation, conduct and hospitality. This is a role for someone who thrives under the weight of expectation. Our operation is all-day, high-volume, and entirely uncompromising. You will drive training programmes, coach for excellence, and ensure that the look and feel of our floor is as extraordinary as the London skyline beyond our windows.
