We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at The Brewery on Chiswell Street on a zero-hour casual basis. A Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts. This role supports the Pastry Chef in menu development, recipe testing, and production planning while maintaining strict standards for food safety maintaining the 5* star rating in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
