Ready for your next big challenge? The Brewery on Chiswell Street is looking for an exceptional Junior Head Chef to join our talented culinary team. We're searching for someone who is cool, calm and collected under pressure, with a passion for creating innovative food experiences and the personality to match.

You'll be a hands-on chef who has worked across all kitchen sections and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Whether your inspiration comes from Michelin-starred dining, the latest street food concepts, or emerging food trends, you'll bring creativity, energy and fresh ideas to every service.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working at Michelin-star level
  • Background in AA Rosette-awarded restaurants
  • Experience within 5-star hotels
  • Strong knowledge of current and emerging food and dining trends
  • Well-rounded kitchen experience across all sections
  • Creative, innovative and commercially aware
  • A natural leader with a quirky personality and great sense of fun
  • Someone who embraces a challenge and is always looking to push boundaries
