About the Venue: At the top of the 'Walkie Talkie' building, Sky Garden's Bars open bright and early; throughout the day, our guests soak up the views with drinks and light snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air.
Role Purpose: We are looking for an exceptional, wet-led, General Manager to join our Sky Garden leadership team. The General Manager will oversee the day to day management of two outlets - all with progressive offers catering to the needs of our guests. They will ensure that our 70-strong team delivers the highest level of service for up to 6000 visitors per day. The General Manager will need to be fully immersed with administrative responsibilities - rotas, payroll, H&S - as well as more hands-on operational tasks such as service and team training and that truly leads by example.
The ideal candidate MUST have experience as a General Manager or proven Deputy General Manager within either wet led, high volume, event-focused operations. High end essential; high rise optional but would be beneficial. They will need to have a solid commercial awareness but be a charismatic and inspirational leader who can manage upwards including the Sky Garden and senior RHC stakeholders.
