About the Venue: Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. Role Purpose: Join the team at Sky Garden and deliver unforgettable events in one of London's most iconic venues, where every occasion is elevated to an exceptional experience. What you will be doing:

  • Managing events from initial enquiry through to handover to operations on the day
  • Building strong client relationships to deliver bespoke and high quality events
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Supporting projects and initiatives across a diverse range of event types

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Event Planner or Event Manager within hospitality experience essential
  • Background in luxury venues hotels or high end hospitality environments preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proactive approach

This is a full time 12 month maternity cover opportunity, offering up to £40,000 per year.
