About the Venue: Pilots Bar & Kitchen is inspired by the glamour of travel in the 1950's. As part of Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, our 150 cover restaurant serves an eclectic Brasserie style menu featuring international favourites and British specials.

Role Purpose: We're looking for a passionate, skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Pilots Bar & Kitchen in Heathrow Terminal 5. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, vibrant hospitality environment, preparing high-quality dishes for guests from around the world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company standards
  • Managing and running your designated section effectively during service
  • Ensuring all food is prepared, stored and handled in line with food safety procedures
  • Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering a consistent, high-quality food offer
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock rotation and waste control

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, hotel or catering environment
  • A strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen best practices
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and team-focused approach
